WPS Office templates

Kingsoft advertises a large template library for Writer, Spreadsheet, Presentation, and PDF. Some catalogs need a sign-in and a network. Treat a template as a layout, not as legal or medical advice.

  1. Step 1

    Start from New

    Open WPS Office, choose New, search resume, report, invoice, or lecture.

  2. Step 2

    Replace placeholder text

    Keep heading styles so .docx still looks right in Microsoft Word.

  3. Step 3

    Save As Microsoft formats

    Use .docx, .xlsx, or .pptx if you will send the file out. Do not send only the WPS native format.

Limits
